Our history
SERVANTIS Health Logistic GmbH emerged from the roots of VIVATIS Pharma GmbH, which was founded in 2001. Originally, the focus was on international trade in raw materials, starting materials and excipients as well as on pharmaceutical wholesale.
In 2010, VIVATIS Arzneimittel GmbH was established, specialising in pharmaceutical wholesale under Section 52 AMG, with a focus on oncology and immunology.
As part of the strategic realignment in 2023, the HealthCare logistics division was spun off and transferred into the independent company SERVANTIS, while the pharmaceutical wholesale business remained with VIVATIS.

Hamburg logistics centre
Since 2024, SERVANTIS has operated a modern logistics warehouse of around 6,000 square metres at its Hamburg site. Highly standardised processes, modular storage structures and integrated digital systems ensure that HealthCare and pharmaceutical products are available securely, compliantly and on time at all times.
