Warehouse & Logistics
Goods logistics, goods receipt and goods acceptance are central and decisive areas of our company. Goods logistics is responsible for accepting customer orders, creating orders and ensuring the on-time procurement of material planning. The picking and storage of our medicines, medical devices and pharmacy-standard goods is handled by our optimally organised team in the warehouse – goods receipt and goods acceptance. In compliance with the applicable quality and safety regulations, this team contributes to the smooth handling of our operational processes.
Customer Service
Solution-oriented, responsible, friendly and competent – that is what characterises our customer service. As individual points of contact for our customers, we are available for any questions and thus ensure a flawless process in the pharmacy and direct business. Our customer service representatives keep track of everything and always have delivery dates in view. Our goal is to ensure maximum satisfaction for our customers every day.
Sales
Sales is an important pillar of our company and is responsible not only for competent (initial) contact with our customers, but also keeps an eye on the continuous optimisation of internal processes. Continuous competitor and market monitoring, a strong customer and service orientation, communication skills and joint development are the focus. Our field sales staff are primarily responsible for acquiring new customers, but also look after our existing customers reliably and in a solution-oriented way. As the direct interface between purchasing and customers, our internal sales team is responsible for preparing quotations and calculations as well as supporting current projects.
