That is why, within the alanta health group, we are committed group-wide to protecting them and take responsibility for our actions in our own business operations as well as along our supply chains.
Our policy statement on respecting human rights of the alanta health group specifies this understanding.
Our responsibility under the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act
The alanta health group meets the legal requirements of the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act. These include in particular the identification and assessment of human rights and environmental risks, the implementation of appropriate preventive and remedial measures, and the continuous review of their effectiveness.
Our due diligence obligations relate to the corporate group itself as well as to our direct suppliers. Given the diversity of our services and products within the alanta health group, we place particular value on transparent, reliable and long-term partnerships.
Complaints mechanism and whistleblower system
A central element of our human rights due diligence is a group-wide internal whistleblower system. Through it, our employees can report indications of human rights or environmental risks or possible violations in connection with SERVANTIS, the alanta health group or another company belonging to the corporate group.
External persons can also submit such reports. The human rights officer of the alanta health group is available as a contact for this.
We examine every report carefully. If an initial suspicion is confirmed, we initiate appropriate measures to minimise risks or to act against violations.
We treat all reports confidentially. We do not tolerate reprisals against whistleblowers who act to the best of their knowledge and belief.
