Our systems provide seamless real-time transparency over stock and movements. From goods receipt through storage and picking to dispatch, we continuously monitor relevant parameters such as temperature and humidity.
Goods receipt
At SERVANTIS, quality assurance begins as early as delivery.
On goods receipt, we check the qualified transport conditions and take in the goods according to defined standard processes. Batch and serial numbers are recorded and documented.
In the event of discrepancies, we inform you immediately. The affected goods are kept securely in our quarantine storage until release.
Order picking & shipping handling
Our picking processes are fully digitalised and scanner-based.
This ensures that every order item is recorded correctly and fulfilled in full.
Modular systems allow us to flexibly adapt workflows to your individual requirements and distribution channels. Additional control mechanisms such as integrated weight checks or multiple networked scan points further increase process reliability.
On request, we record individual serial numbers at goods issue and enable continuous end-to-end tracking of medicines and HealthCare products.
Cold chain logistics
Sensitive medicines require uncompromising safety.
We provide storage capacity for your cold-chain pharmaceutical products in the temperature range of +2 to +8 °C. Redundant, high-performance cooling systems and continuous temperature monitoring ensure compliance with all GDP requirements.
We detect temperature deviations in real time. These are documented, analysed and evaluated to ensure the integrity of your products at all times.
Should a power outage ever occur, your medicines remain protected. An automatically activating emergency generator takes over operation within seconds and keeps the cold chain stable at all times. This keeps your goods safe and the temperature constant – and you can rely on your products retaining the quality and safety that matter to your patients, even in critical moments.

Maximum security for controlled substances – without compromise
The controlled-substance storage areas at SERVANTIS meet all legal requirements. Direct alarm connection to the responsible police station, multi-level access controls, permanent video surveillance and regular inventory checks ensure complete traceability and the protection of your controlled-substance products throughout the entire process.
Storage by water hazard class (WGK) I–III
Medicines too can contain hazardous substances – such as highly potent active ingredients like cytostatics. For these and other particularly demanding products, we offer safe, legally compliant storage conditions that fully meet both pharmaceutical and legal safety requirements.
